Telangana govt schools get ₹92 Cr CSR boost from Raheja Group, Ramky Foundation & Yashoda Foundation

Hyderabad: In a major boost to government education infrastructure in Telangana, leading corporate organisations, K Raheja Group, Ramky Foundation and Yashoda Foundation, have committed more than ₹92 crore under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives for the development and upgradation of government schools across the state. The School Education Department signed agreements with the three organisations in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy at the Secretariat on Saturday. The projects will support educational infrastructure from pre-primary to intermediate level in Medchal-Malkajgiri and Rangareddy districts. The agreement documents were formally handed over to the Chief Minister by Neel Raheja, Alla Dakshayani and Gorukanti Devender Rao.

Education can transform lives: CM Revanth Reddy lays foundation for Rs 200 crore IIIT in Mahabubnagar

Mahabubnagar: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Saturday exhorted students to set high goals in life and cultivate discipline, commitment and a strong work ethic, stating that education alone has the power to transform lives and elevate individuals in society. The Chief Minister was addressing students after laying the foundation stone for the Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (IIIT) campus at Chittaboyinapally village in Jadcherla of Mahabubnagar district. “Aim high, work hard” Addressing students, the Chief Minister said aspirations must be lofty and matched with hard work. He emphasised the need to constantly improve language skills and knowledge with sincerity and dedication. “Education combined with discipline and integrity will help you earn respect and recognition in society,” he told the students during an interactive session.
